First class treatment and great results.

We hired Justin to handle our Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Like many people in this situation, we were under a lot of pressure and stress and we were desperate for relief. Upon meeting with Justin, we knew we found a lawyer that was going to get us through this. He took the time to discuss our situation... and helped us make the correct decisions. We never felt rushed, we never felt as if we were just on the clock. He exuded confidence and assured us that we were going to get through this. He set us up with a plan that we could manage, walked us through each step of the process, and we have had a very satisfactory result. We never had to manage him or chase him down for answers. He and his staff kept after us to make sure we submitted documents timely, made sure we were at conferences, and simply managed the whole affair. Along with being competent, Justin is very personable. We always felt comfortable talking with him, asking him questions, and walking through options. We never felt looked down upon, or ashamed to be in the situation we were in. He talked to us with a nice mixture of matter-of-fact necessity and tension breaking humor. We really appreciated that. We sought out legal help in desperation and we've been able to live normal lives since. That's something we didn't think possible a few years ago. If you're in a financial hole and need legal counsel, Justin is your guy.

Bankruptcy

Jusin Gillman was direct, honest and quite knowledgeable. His staff was always polite and helpful. Although the process of going bankrupt was something I felt would be painful and demeaning, Justin made the process quite the opposite. I could have gone to another Attorney but now, having gone thro...ugh it with Justin Gillman as my attorney, I know the right choice was made. The timeline given was exactly what I was told it would be. In fact, there were no surprises. If anyone finds themselves in the unenviable position of having to file for bankruptcy, I highly recommend Gillman and Gillman. I truly got more than my money 's worth.

bankruptcy and reAL ESATE NIGHTMARE

i chose to retain mr. gillman, right aftr our first meeting---he took a very complicated real estate situtation and broke it down so i could understand what i had to do to reach a resolutin, he and his staff were always available ----as a matter of fact they have been available to me very recently--...-i couldn't be more satifsfied, with their entire opperation.
