Very Disappointed

Mr. Ivan should file my chapter 7 or Bankcrupty application but he did not file. I paid him total $1838($1500 attorney fees and $338 court filing fees) to file my bankruptcy application but he never worked on my case. First two months he responded to my emails but after that he stopped communicating ...with me. I even called his office and left messages to his staff but no response. He took my money and did nothing. I kept calling and sending him emails every day but have not heard back. However, I ended up filling my chapter 7 petition by myself as I could not afford the lawyer fees. So, he was dishonest and never performed his obligations. I will never recommend him to anyone. Normally, I don’t like leaving negative comments anywhere but he was so dishonest with me that’s why I had to leave and don’t want another pp to go through what I went through in the past. Thanks!

Ivan Raevski - Great Attorney, honest and dependable, highly recommend!

I had a difficult time finding an attorney who would speak with me without expecting an expensive consultation fee! Before retaining Ivan, he listened, and gave great advice. He did not expect a fee in return. I am a single mother with two children, and I cannot afford expensive attorney fees. Ivan ...worked with me and offered me a fee I could afford. He helped me through a very difficult and emotionally draining situation. He was very attentive towards me, answering every question and concern in an expeditious manner. My case was handled very well in court, and the judge ruled in my favor. I highly recommend Ivan. I do not know what I would have done without him, and I am truly thankful to him for all he has done to help me through such a difficult process.

Highly recommended attorney AAA +++++

I am very pleased with all the good services that Mr. Ivan Raevski provided, he was very helpful, extremely professional. I received numerous updates throughout my entire divorce process, I knew exactly what was going on in every step. Very affordable attorney unlike many in the Elizabeth area tha ju...st want your money, Ivan did an amazing job & we did great in court, it couldn't have gone any better. Great Attorney!

I was going through a bad divorce and Mr. Raevski walked me through all the steps and was available whenever i needed him to discuss my case. Really good communication, whenever I called his office, he would always get back to me the same day to discuss my problem. The rates were very reasona...ble as well, I interviewed several attorneys in the area and they charged quite a bit more for the same type of work. The case was settled in my favor and I received my half of the property, child support and alimony.
