Very Disappointed

Mr. Ivan should file my chapter 7 or Bankcrupty application but he did not file. I paid him total $1838($1500 attorney fees and $338 court filing fees) to file my bankruptcy application but he never worked on my case. First two months he responded to my emails but after that he stopped communicating ...with me. I even called his office and left messages to his staff but no response. He took my money and did nothing. I kept calling and sending him emails every day but have not heard back. However, I ended up filling my chapter 7 petition by myself as I could not afford the lawyer fees. So, he was dishonest and never performed his obligations. I will never recommend him to anyone. Normally, I don’t like leaving negative comments anywhere but he was so dishonest with me that’s why I had to leave and don’t want another pp to go through what I went through in the past. Thanks!

An exceptional attorney and an even better person

I was going through a difficult financial period and spent many hours and free consultations looking for the right attorney. Too many of them did not seem right for me. Maybe it was their aggressive sales pitch. Maybe it was their inability to listen. Luckily I was able to find Ivan. He listened inte...ntly at our first meeting and asked many questions. He honestly wanted to find the best solution for me. No pretentiousness at all. Straight to the point which was refreshing to hear. Just good old fashioned honesty about my situation and no sugar coating. When you are In a jam you want to hear it straight. With Ivan you will 100% of the time. Once we settled on a gameplan, he worked incredibly hard and professionally, keeping me informed every step of the way. I did everything I could to drive him nuts, yet he took it In stride knowing that a difficult situation can cause someone to act irrationally at times. He was a rock. Oh...and our outcome....PERFECT! Absolutely MORE than we were able to imagine. I am not exaggerating by saying that everything went as well as it could. His work was stellar. Now I know that past performance does not guarantee future results, but you’d be hard pressed to find a better attorney. Hire him.

HIGHLY RECOMEND!

I came out of a bad divorce which I lost my alimony and house. I searched avvo looking for a bankrupcy lawyer and found Ivan. He helped me with every aspect of my bankrupcy. He was always reachable if I had any questions or concerns. He is well versed many areas of law and I wished I had worked wit...h him in the very begining of my divorce. He has helped me start new chapter of my life and I would highly recomend his services to anybody!

really helped me during a rough period in my life

I was looking for a lawyer familiar with both divorce and debt issues. coming out of my divorce i really needed someone to help me with my custody and child support issues as well as credit card debt. I have consulted with a couple of attorneys recommended to me by friends before reaching out to M...r. Raevski. They all wanted a large retainer before taking on my case, which I could not afford. Mr. Raevski offered me a free consultation and a reasonable payment plan. Ivan was very knowledgeable regarding both my issues and always available when I had questions, even when i texted him in the evening or the weekends. Both my child custody issue and the credit card issue where resolved very quickly. I could not be happier. would recommend this lawyer to any of my friends.

Ivan Raevski - Great Attorney, honest and dependable, highly recommend!

I had a difficult time finding an attorney who would speak with me without expecting an expensive consultation fee! Before retaining Ivan, he listened, and gave great advice. He did not expect a fee in return. I am a single mother with two children, and I cannot afford expensive attorney fees. Ivan ...worked with me and offered me a fee I could afford. He helped me through a very difficult and emotionally draining situation. He was very attentive towards me, answering every question and concern in an expeditious manner. My case was handled very well in court, and the judge ruled in my favor. I highly recommend Ivan. I do not know what I would have done without him, and I am truly thankful to him for all he has done to help me through such a difficult process.
