excellent working out debt

I owed a significant amount on a hospital bill. The bill collectors kept calling me and I was unable to come to an agreement. Once Mr. Raevski was on the case, he quickly obtained a settlement for a fraction of the amount I owed and was able to get me a payment plan so I could afford the payments.

great service

My rent was behind for 3 months and I got an eviction letter. Had to go to court and felt uncomfortable doing so by myself. Ivan went to court with me and was able to convince the landlord’s attorney to let me stay as we worked out a payment plan for me to catch up on the payments.

helped me with foreclosure

I was about to lose my house to foreclosure. I was served with foreclosure papers and had to provide an answer in 35 days. When I met Ivan at his office, he explained the foreclosure process, what my options were and patiently answered all my questions. I hired Ivan to attempt a loan modification, wh...ich I have tried to get previously without success. He was able to get me a loan modification with reasonable payments and I was able to keep my house. Very satisfied with the services.

excellent attorney

I am very satisfied with the results of my case! Mr. Raevski did a great job to eliminate my debt! If I would ever need a lawyer, I would definitely call Law Office of Ivan Raevski again.

really helped me during a rough period in my life

I was looking for a lawyer familiar with both divorce and debt issues. coming out of my divorce i really needed someone to help me with my custody and child support issues as well as credit card debt. I have consulted with a couple of attorneys recommended to me by friends before reaching out to M...r. Raevski. They all wanted a large retainer before taking on my case, which I could not afford. Mr. Raevski offered me a free consultation and a reasonable payment plan. Ivan was very knowledgeable regarding both my issues and always available when I had questions, even when i texted him in the evening or the weekends. Both my child custody issue and the credit card issue where resolved very quickly. I could not be happier. would recommend this lawyer to any of my friends.
