Biography
My practice focuses on representing individuals who have been accused of committing criminal offenses in New Jersey, ranging from Petty Disorderly Persons Offenses/Misdemeanors through Indictable Offenses/Felonies. In addition to criminal cases, I also represent individuals who are facing Domestic Violence allegations in New Jersey as well as those who are victims of Domestic Violence in Superior Court. I also handle cases involving Weapon Forfeitue Matters, where the State is refusing to return firearms taken after a Restraining Order has been dismissed.
I also represent individuals who are looking to exercise their Second Amendment Rights and have been denied the ability to do so in New Jersey, such as applicants who need to appeal a denial on Firearms Application Permits.
I also represent clients who have been accused by DCPP/DCF of committing acts of child abuse or neglect, including handling preliminary investigations, appeals of findings of abuse or neglect, and litigated matters involving DCPP/DCF.
Finally, I also prepare Estate Plans for individuals looking to create a Last Will and Testatment, Living Will, or Power of Attorney.
