Very Disappointed

Mr. Ivan should file my chapter 7 or Bankcrupty application but he did not file. I paid him total $1838($1500 attorney fees and $338 court filing fees) to file my bankruptcy application but he never worked on my case. First two months he responded to my emails but after that he stopped communicating ...with me. I even called his office and left messages to his staff but no response. He took my money and did nothing. I kept calling and sending him emails every day but have not heard back. However, I ended up filling my chapter 7 petition by myself as I could not afford the lawyer fees. So, he was dishonest and never performed his obligations. I will never recommend him to anyone. Normally, I don’t like leaving negative comments anywhere but he was so dishonest with me that’s why I had to leave and don’t want another pp to go through what I went through in the past. Thanks!

I went for a free consultation with Ivan about my debts. He explained all my options really well. Now I am in the process of retaining him for a ch 7 bankruptcy as it seems like the best option for me.

I highly recommend.

I had incurred a lot of debt because of my illness, both credit card and medical bills. Ivan really helped me to clear up all that debt by filing a ch 7 bankruptcy. The fee was reasonable and he gave me an affordable payment plan. I highly recommend.

great lawyer!

I was really behind on my bills and was sued by creditors. I met with Ivan to discuss my situation. He explained to me that I had several options to either settle my debt or file a bankruptcy. Based on my situation I decided to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Ivan had a flexible payment plan which ...allowed me to spread the payments over 4 months making it affordable. He was always available by phone and email. I would recommend his services to anyone who is struggling with debt
