ELLIOT S. STOMEL has more than 40 years experience as a municipal court lawyer. In addition to representing thousands of clients, he served as Prosecutor for the Township of Cherry Hill from 1981 to 2000, and as Public Defender for the City of Camden from 1992 to 2001. He was the President of the Camden County Municipal Prosecutors Association from 1990 to 1999, and has been a regular lecturer for the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) on the subject of Municipal Court Practice since 1992. Mr. Stomel has been previouly named by SJ Magazine as a "Top Attorney” in the areas of Criminal and DWI/DUI law.

Great Professional Services.
Overall it was a great experience even during this pandemic. My court hearings were postponed multiple times and the whole ordeal lasted 6 months due to the pandemic for a traffic violation that happened back in February. There was nothing that could be done but to just be patient and wait it out. ...

Mr. Stomel achieved the best possible result.
I hired Mr. Stomel for assistance in traffic court after receiving charges for driving 98mph *and* for careless driving. He fully explained what the best and worst case scenarios would be.
