Elliot has been professional every step of the way, including his ability to calm my nerves from time to time. When it came to the court appearance, the DA was not as helpful as we thought he would be. Even so, Elliot was able to drop the more serious charge and all I had to do was pay a minor fine... and court fees. I was facing the gravest and most trying time of my life. I was arrested for a 3rd offense DWI, with a Refusal to take the breathlyzer, while driving on a suspended license. Two days after that I got into a traffic accident and I got another ticket for driving while suspended. Like I said, gravest mo...ment of my life. I spoke to several attorneys, some of which spoke to me once and didnt call back, others who were looking to charge exorbitant amounts. When I called Mr Stomel, I left a message, and he personally called back within 15 minutes. We spoke on the phone for about 45 min, and we set up an appointment. By the time I got off that phone I felt I had found my attorney. After I met him, I KNEW I had the right attorney and even had a little bit of hope. He was very upfront and honest with me, and his rates were very reasonable compared to the other attorneys. He told me jail time was a very likely outcome, but we would do everything we can to avert it. He told me "We might not get the outcome we want, but you will walk out of court feeling no one else could have gotten a better outcome for you" and that was his goal. And boy did he live up to it!! This man knows the law! He keeps you duly informed, he checks with you before doing anything, and when he goes to court, he only represents you, and does not address any other clients in that court that day. All his efforts are for you. And once you have paid his rate, he will go back to court with you as many times as need be, until your case is resolved. If you look up NJ law, I was facing mandatory jail time for a 3rd DWI. Mr Stomel diligently and most efficiently handled my cases. He represented me on both issues, with a favorable outcome in both. In a time span of a little over 6 months, we went to court several times. He quickly resolved the traffic accident case and I was able to get my license back, which was favorable for my DWI case. Mr Stomel worked tirelessly on my DWI case, never charging me one extra penny for his services. He represents with you dignity, and is very well respected in the courts. Because of my cases , I witnessed it in more than one court and in front of different judges. The man is class personified. Because of his diligence, loyalty to his clients, his knowledge of the law, and the respect he commands, I was able to avert jail time! Which by all accounts, given my situation as a 3rd time offender, with a refusal, on a suspended list was a miracle. Jail time would've devastated my life!! This man saved me from that!! Outside of my parents, and family, I cant think of anyone Im more grateful to. I know that might sound outrageous but I witnessed his efforts on my behalf. I recommend Elliot Stomel with everything. You might not get the best possible outcome, but you will DEFINITELY walk away feeling no one else could've gotten a better result.

Elliot, always told me to keep my head up at all times. Elliot dealt with all of my concerns, and or issues. I was pretty much told what was happening at all times. When meeting with Elliot I always felt like I was being led in the right direction. Elliot and I worked very well as a team. Elliot, was... a hard worker and always had a positive attitude. My juvenile son was in very serious trouble. He was charged with three offenses: Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a controlled Substance in a Motor Vehicle. He was facing cases to be heard in both Municipal Court and County Superior Court. Mr. Stomel expla...ined all the facts, appearances and potential risks associated with the cases.
