Elliot is a straight shooter. He is knowledgeable about his speciality, DUI defense, and I assume also about criminal defense. He is also familiar with the operations of local courts in the South Jersey area. If it IS possible to get your case dismissed, he will find a way! Unfortunately in my case t...hat was not possible, and I know that for a fact - because Elliot reviewed the state's evidence against me, and questioned me, looking for every possible avenue of relief. I am impressed with his conduct and thorough advocacy. Though it is impossible to plea bargain a DUI in NJ, he got me the minimum penalties, had 3 other tickets dismissed, came close to knocking-off the ignition interlock requirement, and saved me 7 months of interlock requirement that does exist (about $700 for this period) during the duration of my my license suspension.
