Disappointing Experience - Unresponsive and Dismissive

I had a highly disappointing experience with Gary Borger while seeking legal assistance for my divorce during my deployment. Given the critical nature of my situation and the challenges of handling legal matters from afar, I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness that Mr. Borger unfor...tunately did not provide. From the beginning, communication with Mr. Borger was problematic. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I found him to be extremely unresponsive. It often took days, if not weeks, to receive a reply, and when he did respond, his messages were curt and dismissive. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of legal proceedings. As someone deployed and serving my country, I needed a lawyer who could be both understanding and accommodating of my unique circumstances. Unfortunately, Mr. Borger's approach felt very selective and indifferent. He did not seem to prioritize my case or show the necessary empathy and support that one would expect from a legal professional. This was in stark contrast to other lawyers who were far more cooperative and helpful. Mr. Borger's dismissive attitude and lack of availability created additional stress and uncertainty during an already challenging time. It became clear that he was not invested in providing the level of service and support that I required. His lack of responsiveness made it difficult to progress with my case, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a client. For anyone in a similar situation, especially those who are deployed, I would caution against relying on Gary Borger for legal representation. The combination of his poor communication, unprofessional demeanor, and selective responsiveness made my experience with him deeply unsatisfactory. In conclusion, my interactions with Gary Borger were marked by frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and empathetic lawyer, particularly those dealing with the complexities of legal matters while serving abroad.

Divorce guidance

Gary did an excellent job in my collaborative divorce proceedings. Monitoring the costs were always a concern and he made himself available during times of questions. Empathy for my situation was always evident. He helped me maintain a less emotional attitude during the process.

Excellent/knowledgeable advocate!

Gary Borger ESQ was a fantastic attorney for my divorce. He is a strong advocate of mediation and ensuring that things are equitable. He leads with a steady hand and is extremely knowledgable and plugged in with the community. I never needed to see his "bulldog" side, so I cant comment on that asp...ect of his practice...but I was overall very happy with my experience has his client.

Great mediator!

Gary was fantastic. My ex and I hired him to privately mediate our divorce agreement. He took the time to explain the entire process and helped both of us come to a fair agreement. I highly recommend.

Outstanding Mediator

My ex-wife and I retained Gary to assist our divorce negotiations. It was the best decision we made in the divorce process. Gary was attentive, available and at all times fair and knowledgeable. He helped us arrive at a fair settlement, saving us thousands of dollars in legal fees, had we litigate...d. I recommend Gary without reservation.
