I, like many people made a mistake and was caught with possesion of a CDS in Haddon Heights, NJ, which I was arressted for. I was charged with possesion of a CDS, Paraphanalia, and on top of that received motor vehicle tickets for possesion of a CDS in a vehicle, amongst two other minor motor vehicle... tickets. Hiring Elliot was the best decision I ever made. Since I had no prior criminal history he was able to first get my case dropped from Superior Court down to Municipal Court along with getting my possesion ticket downgraded to a failure to give a CDS to police charge. At Municipal Court he was able to get me a conditional discharge with only 6-months of probation. Plus, he was able to have all three of my motor vehicle tickets dropped completely. Unfortunately, after he was able to provide me with the best case outcome of my charges, I violated my first probation visit and it landed me back in court again. I hired Elliot to represent me again and once again was able to keep me in the conditional discharge program. To top it off he was able to get my probation to remain for a duration of only 6-months, but just had to be restarted from my court date. I was blown away that he was able to get this outcome for me.
