I received several, very serious, traffic tickets out of Franklinville for an accident in what was a case of mistaken identity. The gravity of the situation kept me up at night. Mr. Stomel reassured me he would have the situation resolved expediently and favorably. He stayed in constant communica...tion with me, was readily accessible, and would immediately return my calls if I had any questions. I've had many experiences with lawyers, and this was by far the best. Not to sound cliche', but Mr. Stomel didn't view me as merely a paycheck. I never doubted, yet the results were well beyond my expectations. The prosecution sought several appearances to meet our arguments, but to no avail. No trial was necessary, the prosecutor willingly conceded to our request, and all charges were dismissed. If any unexpected events should again occur in my life, with so much at stake, I can confidently say Mr. Stomel is most certainly the attorney who am fully trusting to represent me.

Mr. Stomel assisted a young family member who was charged with careless driving after rear-ending another driver. He was nothing short of outstanding.
