I will save you a ton of time, and a ton of anxiety during your case. Todd Palumbo and Michelle Welsh (Todd’s partner) are the... two best attorneys in the state of New Jersey. Based on my experience(s) with these two, they never seem to fail me and always seem to surprise me with their extra ordinary efforts and dominant results. First of all, I can honestly say that both of these attorneys actually care about your case, and your well being. They went to extensive lengths to prove this to me, and to also prove that I wasn’t just another dollar sign to them. Hard to believe, right? The stress during my cases was eliminated due to the fact that Todd and Michelle never ignored my phone calls or text messages, always kept me updated with what was going on, never leaving me in the dark. These two are WELL known in the court system, especially by the prosecutors. It is clear to me based on their court presence that they are well respected. I cannot promise you that your case will end with the same result as mine, but let’s just say that a dismissal was the last thing I would have expected as per what I was charged with. If you choose to hire them, follow their instructions that they give you in order to prepare for the best result at the end of your case. On February 26th, 2018 Monday, my wife was down the street from our home of 10 years when she saw a Star Ledger newspaper on the sidewalk. The Star Ledger sends out "Free" Sunday Star Ledgers as part of a promotion. Many people in town just leave them on the sidewalk, etc. My Wife made a mistake and ...picked up a Star ledger and went back to her van. My wife collects Coupons, which is the reason for picking up the day old newspaper. A resident phoned the police claiming theft. The Police removed my wife from the van. I had been home when my wife called to explain what was going on. I drove over the the street, and my wife is Handcuffed, in front for all to see. The Police told me to stay back, and were unnecessarily aggressive. I pleaded with the officers, saying we are residents, the arrest is excessive. They took my wife to the police station and processed her. I immediately called Todd. Todd contacted the police station and made sure my wife did not give any statements to them. Todd worked to have the Town drop the charges. The Police officer would not. Several court dates later and Todd working his craft, the case was ultimately dropped by the Superior Court. The reason to include all this details is this: -Stealing a Newspaper is wrong -But the town showed zero discretion for my wife (handcuffed in public broad daylight) -I believe the town thought my wife (black) was a resident from a neighboring town that would just be quiet and take the charge, a strong accusation, but what else makes sense here? Todd is a great Lawyer, he listened to my wife and I and fought for what we wanted and what he believed was the right thing to do. Todd was able to make the argument that the case was excessive, and no discretion was given by the police. We also met Michelle Welsh who was terrific as well. It is important to mention that Todd charged his fee, but there were no additional charges , I believe he pushed a little harder to get the case dropped because he believed it was right thing to do. This was a major stress removed from my wife's life Thank you Todd

I was arrested for eluding the police in the state of New Jersey a Felony charge. I shopped around for several attorneys none of them gave me hope or made me feel comfortable when discussing my case. I visited Mr.Pulombo and from the minute he walked in the room I knew he was the one that would get m...e out of the mess so I hired him. From the first to the last visit for sentencing he carried himself like a true professional always answered my calls and returned text messages. He alsohad an investigator for me immediately with reports to help out with the case, he made sure every base was covered. But what amazed my family and me the most was how heads turned and smiled when he walked in the court room! They looked at him with respect! and now I understand why I am a free man. I almost forgot he was also able to get all of the tickets dropped which would've amounted to two years loss of license. I recommend him to anyone reading this you will for sure be satisfied with his services.

Mr palumbo was great in a bad period in my life when i needed a lawyer! I was in serious trouble with the law due to an addiction i once had! I was looking at some serious time for an offense of oxycodone and intent to distribute. They were telling me four years in jail due to the degree of crime but... mr palumbo faught and stayed on the da and got me a reduced sentence to 2 years probation and six months of a tc rehab program! Til this day i am very grateful he was there and worked with my money situation always gave me what he thought my worse case senario was going to be and most importantly answered the phone when i called him. I think that is what makes him great the fact knowing some one is going threw rough time and paying him for his service and at least answers unlike other lawyers who show up the day of court and you have had no communication! He worked threw my whole case n stayed on top of it the whole time. Since this issue more then 5 years ago family members were in need of counsel and used me palumbo with returning with great reviews and hard as well! I met Mr. Palumbo a little over a year ago. I was in a very tight situation that needed immediate attention with my drivers license. Mr. Palumbo answered my phone call and email in a timely fashion and set up a date to meet within the next 48 hrs. After meeting I felt very confident that he would... take care of everything, within the week my case was handled and put to rest. He was very proffesional, knowledgeable and polite throughout the whole process. From what I have witnessed Mr. Palumbo is a well respected man throughout many jurisdictions. He has excellent communication skills and let know exactly what was going on at all times with very descriptive details.
