Thinking about hiring Todd? I’ll help you make up your mind.

If you are scrolling through these reviews, trying to decide if you should hire Todd Palumbo, or are comparing him to other lawyers, please stop now and take my word on this. I will save you a ton of time, and a ton of anxiety during your case. Todd Palumbo and Michelle Welsh (Todd’s partner) are the... two best attorneys in the state of New Jersey. Based on my experience(s) with these two, they never seem to fail me and always seem to surprise me with their extra ordinary efforts and dominant results. First of all, I can honestly say that both of these attorneys actually care about your case, and your well being. They went to extensive lengths to prove this to me, and to also prove that I wasn’t just another dollar sign to them. Hard to believe, right? The stress during my cases was eliminated due to the fact that Todd and Michelle never ignored my phone calls or text messages, always kept me updated with what was going on, never leaving me in the dark. These two are WELL known in the court system, especially by the prosecutors. It is clear to me based on their court presence that they are well respected. I cannot promise you that your case will end with the same result as mine, but let’s just say that a dismissal was the last thing I would have expected as per what I was charged with. If you choose to hire them, follow their instructions that they give you in order to prepare for the best result at the end of your case. Best lawyer firm around!

My son had two serious charges on him. He passed a stopped school bus and was going 23 miles above the legal speed limit. This carried 9 points between the two along with 2 lesser charges. The points alone should have cost him a license suspension and points. We were so nervous with the outcome.... Todd reassured us everything would be okay. Todd and Michelle went above and beyond. Todd had spoken with the prosecutor and had all charges dismissed. $611 in fines and court fees we were on our way. A ton of $$ saved as well as a license suspension. If you ever in need of a professional lawyer and their services. Don't hesitate to get Todd and Michelle you will not be disappointed!

Great lawyer!!

I was charged with 9 counts ...my wife was trying to set me up to get her immigration papers thru domestic violence. I was so nervous cause I was innocent...todd really took my case serious..he went to court confident and made me feel confident. He was very truthful about everything with me about the... case..i was suspended from my job and could face 30 years for these charges..i explain to Todd that I had a autistic daughter and I needed my life back..todd took it upon himself to make sure he would drop the charges..being a great lawyer that he is..after 6 attempts at court Todd got me off with a petty ofense.he got all my 9 charged off..we lost the domestic violence case.but Todd fought really hard and got 9 charges off.but harassment charge they kept .No jail time .just a petty fine.he had everyone in the court room looking at my ex-wife like a lyer..even though she got the restraining order I was happy that everyone in her family and friends knew the truth..even the cops were saying I should of won everything and they were shocked that she got the restraining order due to harassment..i walk out with my family and Todd out of the court room.i was happy that Todd fought really hard for me.he save my life from a bad situation.. having Todd as my lawyer made me feel so confident.he is very well known In court,and I recommend him to everyone..thanks todd!! Thanks for saving my life! Godbless you..

Great lawyer!

I got charge with possession of under 50g of marijuana in New Jersey and he got it dismissed. He made sure he's there on my court date and made sure everything was good. Excellent lawyer and cares about his clients.

EXCELLENT

Todd Palumbo is an excellent attorney and a truly caring person. We hired Todd or represent my son on a drug charge case but my son was not treated fairly, Todd did not give up and went above and beyond what we hired him for until my son was released home and free of all charges.
