I found out Alan M Lubiner on purchasing a new home through my realtor. I felt Alan is not serious about my work. I only spoke to him for 30 minutes over the phone and that's it. Neither Alan nor his assistant explain to me what I should do to request for a repair so I didn't put everything in writing all at once. If I send all my requests at one shot, I might have a chance to get all that I asked for. I felt Alan and his assistant didn't really pay attention to details and assumed that I am supposed to know everything. Most of the people only buy a home once or twice in his life and that's why we need a good lawyer to help you. If your attorney didn't care too much about you, I feel it's not worth it to hire him. It is Alan's responsibility to help me in this process, but he didn't. I closed my real estate deal in January, 2019 and Alan didn't even show up in the closing. He has assigned another attorney in his office to sit in there, but the other attorney never worked on my case. Neither Alan nor his assistant told me that he won't show up. I found out the minute that I walked into his office. I was extremely disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to go to this attorney. Alan is careless and I don't feel he pay enough attention to my case at all.

Since this is anonymous I can't determine exactly which file this is, but the exact same review was placed on another site with what we determined was a phony name. When it comes to closings, our firm gives prompt, courteous and reliable service. We respond to all requests within no more than an hour. Many times I answer emails late at night and on weekends because I know that the transaction is important to the client. What we choose not to do is to renegotiate the contract. When it comes to repairs, there are experts that the buyer hires to determine what is necessary. Many buyers have the wrong idea of what an inspection is for and we try very hard to educate them so that they don't have unrealistic expectations. As far as me not being at a closing, sometimes there are conflicts in the schedule or a personal emergency, but an attorney from our firm will always be at the closing. If Mr. or Ms. Anonymous would like a specific response on their case they can call our office and identify themselves and give us the opportunity to respond.
