Fantastic Lawyer: Hire with Confidence

Mr. Blauvelt is a fantastic lawyer. I was accused of a DWI in March 2020, before the pandemic lockdowns, and my case was just resolved in the summer of 2022. I was asleep in my car and the vehicle was left running. Mr. Blauvelt listened to my story and although he knew it would be a difficult defense based on precedent in New Jersey, he was ready to fight against a conviction. Using his knowledge and experience, he mounted a three-prong defense, the heart of it being the officers' judgment when analyzing my road tests. During the process, many hearings were changed or canceled last minute, and the court was even changed. Throughout it all, Mr. Blauvelt kept my hope up while also explaining the risks of proceeding and the costs. In the end, the judge agreed with his defense, and the case was dismissed. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are ever in trouble, call Mr. Blauvelt.

Fantastic Lawyer: Hire with Confidence

DUI Representation

Thomas Blauvelt's recent defense on a DUI was nothing short of extraordinary. He knowledge and proficiency was incredible. I cannot say enough about strongly recommending Mr. Blauvelt for hire. The bottom line is that the ruling by the judge after the hearing went in our favor because of Thomas's efforts. Amazing.

Excellent representation for failure to stop for school bus violation

I was scared and nervous when I received my ticket from an officer for failing to stop for a school bus. I had never received a moving violation aside from a minor speeding ticket years ago. After speaking with a few lawyers, I decided that Thomas Blauvelt was my best bet due to his experience and 5 star reviews. I am so glad I hired him (and his team)! Instead of possible points, community service, and a license suspension I received 0 points and a small $140 fine. Thank you Thomas and team!

Excellent Lawyer

Thomas is an excellent lawyer. I was involved in a case in South Plainfield, NJ for: 1) 39:4-129D--Leaving the Scene Accident Involve Damages To Unattended Vehicle 2) 39:4-130--Failure To Report Accident 3) 39:4-96--Reckless Driving This means that I was facing a total of 7 motor vehicle points and definite license suspension if convicted. Needless to say, Thomas came to the rescue. He was able to get Leaving the Scene dismissed. And he was able to get the Reckless Driving downgraded to a Careless Driving. As a result, I was able to keep my drivers license. He was also responded quickly and efficiently every time I called and emailed him. I highly recommend Thomas for any traffic case.

Was able to dismiss 3/4 of my traffic tickets including a DWI!

I was charged with 4 traffic tickets including a DWI. After consulting with Tom and explaining my situation to him, he instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured me that as long as I was telling the truth to him that he could have many of my charges dismissed. He knew the prosecutor of the township by name and was able to answer any questions I had right away. His response time to emails were incredible and you can expect to hear back from him in a very timely manner. In the end, Tom was able to have 3 of my 4 tickets dismissed including the DWI and I was only charged with a single traffic offense. Tom is the go-to lawyer for any DUI, DWI, speeding or traffic ticket. His rates are very affordable, there are no surprise fees and his team is very quick and very good at communicating with you. I would highly recommend Tom for any case.

Resolved My issue Quickly and Effectively

I was helpless against the NJDMV that was effectively grinded to halt to due to COVID, and I had gotten a letter of suspension on my license over I no longer owned. Tom resolved issue quickly and thoroughly and he was well worth the money.

Tough case resolved by mr Thomas (Tom ) My best experience ever with an attorney

Wow I’m so amazed with the work of mr Thomas (Tom) I search him up on Google and i do not regret picking him as my attorney I had such a huge headache with this case of mines before reaching out to him I had 6 tickets Dui, reckless driving , careless driving , unsafe lane change , failure to give proper signal , and Disregard stop sign after speaking with Tom I felt so much better and my hopes went up right away he made me feel confident that I was going to be ok very nice Person and very responsible when you reach out to him He makes sure he gets back to you finally the outcome of my case was that I had to pay the smallest fine which I was found guilty for the disregard stop sign and Tom was able to fight to have all the other 5 Dismissed I rate him a 5 star and highly recommend him to anybody in my family friends and out of my inner circle ( wonderful experience)
