I have never been in trouble with law and I was referred to Attorney Steve Wukovits, by another experienced lawyer, after being charged with a DWI by the police. While my BAC reading was over the state’s limit, Steve and his law partner, Richard Huxford, assured me that they would continue to fight in order to spare me the loss of my driver’s license. I handle complex, serious state & federal criminal cases including murder, assault, drug trafficking, sexual assault, fraud and official misconduct. My law firm, first established almost 50 years ago, also handles municipal matters (including DWI offenses), restraining orders in the New Jersey Superior Court, as well as appeals and PCR applications. Traffic tickets down to a fine!

Best firm hands down

We hired attorney Steven Wukovits at the recommendation of a family friend who said Steven helped him avoid state prison. After Steven got my husband’s case downgraded by state prosecutors his law associate Alexander Yandoli got the city prosecutor’s to dismiss the downgraded charges. The case was completely dismissed. The Best Attorney #1

I hired attorney Steven Wukovits’ law firm after a CDS arrest in June. I cannot lie … I was scared that I was going to state prison due to the circumstances involved. I’m very, very happy to say, however, that I was sentenced to a short period of PROBATION ONLY. No state prison, no county jail, and the more serious charge got DISMISSED!

Highly Recommended!

I hired Attorney Steven Wukovits’ law firm after a DWI arrest last December (2022). While it took prosecutors many months to get us the information we demanded, this information was later critical to our own expert’s review of my case. WHENEVER THERE IS AN ISSUE, MY FAMILY CALLS ATTORNEY STEVE WUKOVITS. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD PERSONALLY NEED STEVE’S HELP, BUT THAT’S WHAT HAPPENED RECENTLY. Best lawyer!!!

I was pulled over by a state trooper and my troubles began all over again. But after hiring N.J. Super Lawyers Steve Wukovits and Marc Sposato, I was able to get out of court with a fine only, no motor vehicle points, and no license suspension. I wouldn’t use any other lawyers in New Jersey!!!

Entrepreneur

I have never been in trouble before and I have a terrific, flourishing business. In July (2023), I wasn’t thinking clearly and made a mistake when trying to enter my ex-girlfriend’s house. I was arrested and sick over the fact that I could go to jail. Hiring Steve Wukovits was the best decision I ever made as he got the case dismissed for me. I cannot thank him enough! Best Lawyer !

I was arrested by Irvington Police for a gun that was found in a parked car that I owned. I was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident but I admitted I owned the car & the occupants of the car did not take responsibility for it and pointed fingers at me. The prosecutor wanted me to go to state prison, but after hiring Steven Wukovits and Marc Sposato, they were able to get me only one year of probation!!! Steve and Marc will fight for you no matter the circumstances.

DWI Case

I have never been in trouble with law. After a DWI arrest, I hired N.J. Super Lawyer Steve Wukovits. While my BAC reading was over the legal limit, Mr. Wukovits had assured me that I would be okay in the end. I’m happy to say that his law partner, Richard Huxford, convinced prosecutors to consider our expert’s report and to have me plead to a lesser type charge. Super Lawyer

WHENEVER I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE LAW, I’VE ALWAYS USED N.J. SUPER LAWYER STEVE WUKOVITS. Highly Recommend

I was arrested by memebers of the Newark Police dept. for a firearm that was found in my car. I feared I was going to state prison because of a prior conviction. For a serious robbery charge

I was missed accused of a serious robbery, and I sat in the county jail, thanks to attorney Steven Wukovits & associate, Marc Sposato & the rest of his team , they got the judge to release me, now 5 months later Mr. Wukvoits told me he got the case dismissed , I can’t thank him and his star team enough !!!

False DV claim TRO dropped

I was falsely accused of harassment by my landlord so I hired Steve Wukovits. He's prepared me and was able to dismiss the FRO with the false claims. Steve and his staff have been very diligent in reviewing the evidence and preparing me for trial. He's even made sure to update me while on his vacation!! Thats how you know your lawyer genuinely wants the best for you. I highly recommend, also great personality that brings you comfort regardless of the situation your in.

Wukovits always delivers!

Many years ago in my younger days I got into trouble with the law and Steve Wukovits was the first call for his expertise and representation. Steve was always great! In time, I managed to change my life around and built a very successful business. I recently called on Steve again to try and expunge my past record. Prosecutors challenged my petition fiercly. but Steve’s super associate, Marc Sposato did a ton of leg work fighting for this and found a loophole in the law. I am extremely happy and proud to say that thanks to these two terrific lawyers my petition was granted by the court! As I mentioned, I’ve built a successful business and have a great life, but I also can now finally enjoy this peace of mind that my criminal past has been erased and walk tall without that shadow constantly lurking!
