Biography
I have been in legal practice for over 30 years and 23 years exclusively in immigration. I have vast experience with employment-based immigration matters, and have worked with companies across many different industries to secure immigration benefits for their employees. I have been successfully filing PERM applications, H-1B visas, EB-1/EB-2/EB-3/Religious Workers immigrant petitions. I have been filing family petitions for spouses, parents, children, step-children, adopted children, siblings, and fiancés. I regularly represent clients before the Immigration Court and the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
I have been awarded 10 Best Immigration Attorney by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. I am a regular member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. I have a Master of Laws degree from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
