I do NOT recommend
I had a consultation with him. I chose not to hire him because he was rude and disrespectful to me. The case involved wills and probate, but I could never even finish a sentence without an insult following. I only dealt with him for a consultation and i am glad i did not hire him. Contested Insurance
I had seen an estate attorney in Red Bank who told me that my case was hopeless. Thank goodness I did not give up. Mr. Tubman took the case and won. The insurance company paid on the policy. I will say his fees are not bargain rate but I guess you get what you pay for. I also agree that at times ...

I don't trust him!
We gave him $5,000 in the begining. He made us confident that we coukd make this go away. Now he's asking for an additional $2,000 IN CASH!!
