I called Irwin for a free consultation at one of my lowest points after losing a beloved family member, he answered the phone immediately and spent time providing me with much needed legal guidance on the estate. Was in a desperate situation regarding an estate matter. He took pretty much my every last dime to write up some papers. When the day came to file them in court, last minute told me I didn't need to go to court after all. I am not even sure he ever filed the papers as I was never able to go any fu...rther with him and he decided it was my fault. Never got any confirm document that the court had the papers. So essentially he pocketed $5000 to write up a legal document that required zero research or work on his part. So immoral.

I had a consultation with him. I chose not to hire him because he was rude and disrespectful to me. The case involved wills and probate, but I could never even finish a sentence without an insult following. I only dealt with him for a consultation and i am glad i did not hire him. I do not recomm...end him.

I had seen an estate attorney in Red Bank who told me that my case was hopeless. Thank goodness I did not give up. Mr. Tubman took the case and won. The insurance company paid on the policy. I will say his fees are not bargain rate but I guess you get what you pay for. I also agree that at times ...he can be blunt and vocal. However, you cannot argue with results.
