Irwin Dennis Tubman

Mr. Tubman was hired due to his licensure in NY as well as NJ, where I needed estate wirk to be performed. He outsourced the NY work to a friend without my approval or awareness. He is a terrible communicator, either not getting back to me or when he did told me continously he was in court. He infor...med me he doesnt read his emails. He's a abrasive and gives you little time after receiving his retainer. He's more of an aggravation than the legal matters at hand. Do not even think of hiring him.

PERHAPS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HE USED UP MY RETAINER FEE DOING THINGS THAT WERE A WASTE OF TIME (WRITING TO A FUNERAL DIRECTOR?!) INSTEAD OF DOING THE IMPORTANT THINGS TO GET TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER. HE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH TIME LIMITATIONS FOR THE TRUST AND ESTATE CASE HE WAS WORK...ING ON FOR ME. TWICE I RECEIVED OTHER PEOPLE'S PERSON MAIL SENT FROM HIS OFFICE, VERY SLOPPY, AND A VIOLATION OF PEOPLE'S PRIVACY. CLAIMED HE COULD DO THINGS HE COULD NOT, SUCH AS GETTING A CASE STATUS ON THE TELEPHONE, INSTEAD OF RIGHTING A REQUEST AS EVERYONE IS SUPPOSED TO DO.

Was in a desperate situation regarding an estate matter. He took pretty much my every last dime to write up some papers. When the day came to file them in court, last minute told me I didn't need to go to court after all. I am not even sure he ever filed the papers as I was never able to go any fu...rther with him and he decided it was my fault. Never got any confirm document that the court had the papers. So essentially he pocketed $5000 to write up a legal document that required zero research or work on his part. So immoral.

I had seen an estate attorney in Red Bank who told me that my case was hopeless. Thank goodness I did not give up. Mr. Tubman took the case and won. The insurance company paid on the policy. I will say his fees are not bargain rate but I guess you get what you pay for. I also agree that at times ...he can be blunt and vocal. However, you cannot argue with results.

We gave him $5,000 in the begining. He made us confident that we coukd make this go away. Now he's asking for an additional $2,000 IN CASH!! I don't know any business that would ask for that kind of cash without a paper trail. I'm very concerned. He yells at us all of the time, and expects everythi...ng to happen when it's convenient. I was yelled at for not answering his call during a class I was teaching. Very rude and disrespectful
