I retained Mr.Maxwell back in 2021. We met once, and then i never heard a word back from Mr.Maxwell until about a month ago. Very unprofessional. When I attempted to stop the law suite due to family matters, I asked for my unused retainer to be returned. After hunting him down for WEEKS, I finally re...cieved an answer. Not only had my hefty retainer been used, but extra. Mr. Maxwell was a "gem" for not making me pay the "left over". The invoice was insane. The papers were filed in the court. Thats it. Does that cost $7500 plus?? Im glad everyone else had 5 star treatment.

Where to begin. I was recommended to Mr. Maxwell from an acquaintance in the business because I was having issues with a business partner. I had found out that he was stealing business from me, had started a competing company in the same area, and was bad mouthing me and the company behind my back.... The first time I met Mr. Maxwell, I was impressed on how he presented himself, as well as how professional, but down to earth he was. He puts the typical lawyer stereotype to shame on how he works! Right away, Mr. Maxwell jumped right in as if he already had all the details and information regarding the case even before I provided him with anything! He knew exactly the right questions to ask, to help keep things moving along quickly Throughout the entire process, he always made time for my rantings and usually VERY drawn out e-mails explaining different facts pertinent to the case. He always let me know when I was going a little too far with my explanations, and we were always able to have a laugh about it the next day. He made sure that I didn't get the run around from the other attorney, and fought for me, usually go WAY above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. He spent countless hours over weekends researching every aspect of our case to make sure all details were covered. I was more than pleased with the outcome and assured him that I would be using him for collection cases that I had pending for customers. We have worked together for several collection cases, and it is always a positive outcome. He makes sure to have everything prepared for court. His staff is second to none when it comes to friendliness and orderly. His assistant is one of the nicest people I have ever had the professional pleasure of dealing with, and the receptionist always welcomed me with a smile. Again, I am very pleased with the services of Mr. Maxwell and the entire staff over at the office. I will continue to use his services and his recommendations in the future, as well as continue to give his name out to anyone that ever needs legal advice. He has already been very helpful to several friends of mine for both real estate help as well as other legal advice.
