Irwin Dennis Tubman

Mr. Tubman was hired due to his licensure in NY as well as NJ, where I needed estate wirk to be performed. He outsourced the NY work to a friend without my approval or awareness. He is a terrible communicator, either not getting back to me or when he did told me continously he was in court. He infor...med me he doesnt read his emails. He's a abrasive and gives you little time after receiving his retainer. He's more of an aggravation than the legal matters at hand. Do not even think of hiring him.

Mr. Tubwin was hired by me for the closing of a first time home purchase. He assisted me from the beginning to the end. One thing I liked is that he was very flexible as we began the process during the Christmas holiday. He demonstrated reliability and expertise by answering his emails 24/7 when he w...as not in the office and even called after hours for no charge. during emergencies, he responded very quickly. He is very honest and only operates based upon law and not emotion. This helped ME make enlightening decisions based upon my home purchase. He was very flexible in which he offered to meet in the East Brunswick or Bayonne office. I would definitely hire Mr. Tubman again in the event i need more legal services.

PERHAPS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HE USED UP MY RETAINER FEE DOING THINGS THAT WERE A WASTE OF TIME (WRITING TO A FUNERAL DIRECTOR?!) INSTEAD OF DOING THE IMPORTANT THINGS TO GET TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER. HE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH TIME LIMITATIONS FOR THE TRUST AND ESTATE CASE HE WAS WORK...ING ON FOR ME. TWICE I RECEIVED OTHER PEOPLE'S PERSON MAIL SENT FROM HIS OFFICE, VERY SLOPPY, AND A VIOLATION OF PEOPLE'S PRIVACY. CLAIMED HE COULD DO THINGS HE COULD NOT, SUCH AS GETTING A CASE STATUS ON THE TELEPHONE, INSTEAD OF RIGHTING A REQUEST AS EVERYONE IS SUPPOSED TO DO.
