PERHAPS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HE USED UP MY RETAINER FEE DOING THINGS THAT WERE A WASTE OF TIME (WRITING TO A FUNERAL DIRECTOR?!) INSTEAD OF DOING THE IMPORTANT THINGS TO GET TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER. HE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH TIME LIMITATIONS FOR THE TRUST AND ESTATE CASE HE WAS WORK...ING ON FOR ME. TWICE I RECEIVED OTHER PEOPLE'S PERSON MAIL SENT FROM HIS OFFICE, VERY SLOPPY, AND A VIOLATION OF PEOPLE'S PRIVACY. CLAIMED HE COULD DO THINGS HE COULD NOT, SUCH AS GETTING A CASE STATUS ON THE TELEPHONE, INSTEAD OF RIGHTING A REQUEST AS EVERYONE IS SUPPOSED TO DO.
