You did have a difficult case; whenever I am representing someone I try to ease the anxiety of being in court, but ultimately, seeing the outcome cannot be predicted there is always some nervousness. As a lawyer, I can never overpromise someone to make them feel better about the case. I do my best to give you an objective assessment before the trial. Your case was a good example of how sometimes the evidence and how it is presented in the police report does not always match the testimony after I get to cross examine the officer. I knew you had a lot at stake in this case and was glad it turned out well. I wish you the best of luck in your career and future.
