I landed on Mike after reading through reviews and I’m so glad I did! Hired Mike for an OUI case. Mike was able to meet when needed and communicated by text or phone call. While waiting for my final hearing Mike was able to find a loophole which got me my license back very quickly instead of having to wait till the end. Mike's knowledge of the laws judges in courts all...owed me to be in the best position to be successful. At the final hearing Mike was able to successfully argue in my defense and the judge agreed. I hired Attorney Michael Delsiynore for an OUI case about three years ago, after I parted ways with then my other attorney. My case had been dragging for almost two years, when Michael took over. I was devastated, stressed, and worried more so about how this case would affect my immigration status. That feeling that all the weight has been lifted over your shoulders. 3 years of depression, sleepless nights and hopelessness. Michael did not only restore my life, but he also mentored me outside of court to be more cautious moving forward. Michael is heaven sent. I will forever be indebted to him for all he has done for me. Now my life brand new, a clean slate to go out there and live without having to fear. When I first contacted Mike after my arrest for a first offence OUI. I was very nervous about the whole incident especially since the impact was far more serious for me as a non-immigrant. I had fears of future inadmissibility/deportation. I contacted him several times in the day, sometimes with very... silly questions. Mike always responded to my questions in a calm and polite manner.
