Day notice and won!!

I called Bill Farias for a phone consulting 2 days before a contempt case. He strongly felt I should have representation, due to the increase of child support and the contempt charges. I finally got the funds the day before the Zoom hearing and it was the best decision I have ever made. Attorney Fari...as not only got the contempt charges dismissed, he also ENDED my child support! He is very confident and professional in front of the Judge. In one hearing, he achieved what I have tried to do on my own, 2 hearings prior, to no avail. Attorney Farias is very trustworthy and I have already referred him to 2 of my friends. There is no better out there!

Child support

Bill Farias was able to get DOR to help me negotiate child support arrears. I settled this debt within 15 minutes of him sending me an email with what DOR was willing to settle for. This situation has followed me for years. It was very complicated, confusing and unfair. I feel like a huge weight has ...been lifted from my shoulders. This was the last bit left from a bad time in my life. I am extremely grateful!

Excellent Representation

Family Probate Lawyer

Bill knows his topic very well. He will explain to you your options. More importantly I felt like he was being completely honest with me. I have used him for legal advice more than once and I would absolutely consult with Bill again

Bill helped make the difficult divorce process easier!

When you think of divorce and attorneys, you think big bucks and stress. Not with Bill Farias. Bill was extremely flexible on payments and continuously updated me on the status of the divorce proceedings. He always had my interest in mind. For that, I am grateful.
