I was never a big fan of lawyers or the justice system. There is a stigma with lawyers and politicians. I hired Michael for a dui charge. At my age ... I know enough, to know you need a lawyer if you want any hope of clearing your name. If you think you can represent yourself it will be a 3 minute ...trial and it won't go in your favor.... Michael did not meet the social stigma i had for lawyers. His personalty is smooth & neutral & extremely intelligent. He doesn't raise his voice or show any sign of negative emotion while he methodically goes through the circumstances of the case. In my case i didn't have any of my own witnesses. The prosecutor had the police and a civilian witness. I thought there would be no way that i would be cleared .. even though i didn't think i was guilty. He used the arrest report, and the officer's testimony, to put together a cross examination that showed reasonable doubt. He cleared my name and I walked out with a "not guilty verdict" that i never would of received without him. In the 4 trips to the court house .. i can confidently say I had the best lawyer .. who's smooth as ice intelligence ... was the only reason I got my life back. If you think you have no chance of winning your case .. or in my case ...needed the best to make sure of it. This is the lawyer you need. And as a bonus.. he is a great guy.. the first lawyer i've ever met that i can say that about. He has restored my faith in lawyers ... who knows ... maybe i'll meet a politician that will change that social stigma as well.

I was arrested for an OUI - when my wife and myself called Michael on a Sunday morning, and he agreed to meet us the very same day. The case which lasted 2 years and 10 months ended up in a trial and I was proven not guilty. During this period I lived in DC and abroad and, was in and out of Massachus...etts, while Michael kept a constant touch with me on my court dates. Every time we met and the more I got to know him, it felt like I had made the right choice to hand over my life and such an important task to an altruistic and professional individual. Mike is an excellent lawyer that follows through with his promises. When I read reviews of Mike, and many other lawyers, I came to the realization that there was no other lawyer I would choose to represent me in a OUI case. My case was a little bit easier to fight since I wasn't actually driving. It was a cold night in December, I was parked off street in a parking lot with the vehicle running to stay warm while I tried to sleep it off. Mike intelligently cross examined the police officer with words and demonstrations of the field sobriety tests. The research into the officer that was testifying against me was impressive as well. Mike knew when the officer had graduated the academy, asked if he had had any more training on OUI stops since then. When the officer said he hadn't, Mike brought up different facts about how things have changed since 1983 with specific references to the training manual from 1983; the year the officer graduated from the academy. Some of the best money I have ever spent is on Mike, if you are in a similar unfortunate situation, I highly recommend looking into and hiring Mike for a knowledgeable and attentive lawyer to represent your case.

I retained the services of the Law office of Michael DelSignore to represent me in an OUI case. I was worried sick having never been in this situation before and not knowing what to expect. It took the jury all of 5 mins to reach that unanimous decision and give me my life back. Go figure. That speaks dividends to their preparedness of my case. Michael was the best option i could have taken in my DUI case. After a long 3 year case at Brockton court i had already lost most hope of any good outcome for me, it was a really tough case. At the end Michael used all his knowledge to fight for me every step of the process up until trial and We cam...e out victorious winning the case against all odds.
