As I write this review on Thanksgiving Day, I'm reminded of how very thankful I am to have chosen and hired Michael Delsignore to represent me and fight my DUI & Reckless Operation charges. This was the 2nd time in just over 3 years I had been arrested for DUI. My trial was in MA Taunton District Cou...rt and Mike knew the reputation of all the judges there. Mike made the arresting officer that was a witness against me look somewhat incompetent, and the prosecutor didn't look much better compared to Mike. Going into court that day, I thought for sure I was going to lose my driver’s license for at least 60 days and more likely for 2 years. Thanks to Mikes expertise, and just a bit of luck, I ended up with a not guilty finding on the DUI and a simple 1 year probation, $900 in total court fees, plus I have to watch the movie "Brains at Risk" for the Continued Without a Finding decision on my Reckless charge. Mikes' flat rate fee was very fair and reasonable. I will recommend him to anyone I know that wants to fight a DUI charge. I can't imagine I will ever need his services again since I finally learned my lesson, but if it does happen, I know who to call. Mike is The MAN!

Attorney DelSignore represented my daughter in an OUI case. He was very professional when we met with him for consult. She hired him that day. They met a couple of times before her first appearance in court so that he would have the facts and build the case. The first time in court it was continued. ...Today we went and he told her that he would advise a bench trial based on the presiding judge. He cross examined the police officer, very professionally and used what he knew of the case to have the Police officer admit that much of their case was based on "facts" that could be explained by numerous other explanations. My daughter was found not guilty and I firmly believe that the representation that Mr. Delsignore provided was a factor in this decision. I also appreciated that he offers a "one time" fee and it encompasses all court appearances as well as consults.

After being arrested for a DUI I was very scared and didn't know what to expect. My brother in law took on the task of due diligence for me to help me find the highest rated lawyer who could help me. The lawyer he came up with was Michael. I called Michael and he went out of the way to meet me at a ...convenient location as I had no license. He went over everything I could expect and why I should fight the case. He was very knowledgeable about the courts and different judges. He was very thorough and made me feel at ease about fighting the case as I was tempted to just take a plea deal CWOF. He explained why that wasn't the best option for me. His knowledge of the court system is one of his best tools. We decided to take the trial to Worcester since he works that district often and knows the ins and outs of that system and a lot about the different judges there. In the time leading up to the trial he prepared me for the trial and what to expect from a cross examination. I actually never needed to testify myself but he had me ready to go just in case. He was very skilled at the cross examination of the officer and created a reasonable doubt that I could not be found guilty. I would say he was worth every penny, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs help after being arrested for a DUI. I have no criminal record, and now I can go back to the life I was living before the arrest. Thank you Micheal!

Mike is an excellent lawyer that follows through with his promises. When I read reviews of Mike, and many other lawyers, I came to the realization that there was no other lawyer I would choose to represent me in a OUI case. His 99% OUI practice caught my eye, then the fact that he has literally wro...te the book on OUI cases in MA was what sealed the deal for me. My case was a little bit easier to fight since I wasn't actually driving. It was a cold night in December, I was parked off street in a parking lot with the vehicle running to stay warm while I tried to sleep it off. Mike intelligently cross examined the police officer with words and demonstrations of the field sobriety tests. The research into the officer that was testifying against me was impressive as well. Mike knew when the officer had graduated the academy, asked if he had had any more training on OUI stops since then. When the officer said he hadn't, Mike brought up different facts about how things have changed since 1983 with specific references to the training manual from 1983; the year the officer graduated from the academy. Some of the best money I have ever spent is on Mike, if you are in a similar unfortunate situation, I highly recommend looking into and hiring Mike for a knowledgeable and attentive lawyer to represent your case.
