After being arrested for a DUI I was very scared and didn't know what to expect. My brother in law took on the task of due diligence for me to help me find the highest rated lawyer who could help me. The lawyer he came up with was Michael. I called Michael and he went out of the way to meet me at a ...convenient location as I had no license. He went over everything I could expect and why I should fight the case. He was very knowledgeable about the courts and different judges. He was very thorough and made me feel at ease about fighting the case as I was tempted to just take a plea deal CWOF. He explained why that wasn't the best option for me. His knowledge of the court system is one of his best tools. We decided to take the trial to Worcester since he works that district often and knows the ins and outs of that system and a lot about the different judges there. In the time leading up to the trial he prepared me for the trial and what to expect from a cross examination. I actually never needed to testify myself but he had me ready to go just in case. He was very skilled at the cross examination of the officer and created a reasonable doubt that I could not be found guilty. I would say he was worth every penny, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs help after being arrested for a DUI. I still remember the first day I met with Mike very honest guy, didn’t push me to hire him which was one of the problems I came across when trying to find a lawyer. Thanks is not a strong enough interjection to use in my gratitude to Micheal and Julie for not only the dedication and support of my case but in winning it. The judicial process to me was so new that I could have gotten eaten up easily by the system and chosen the wrong representation. After being arrested for OUI alcohol (3rd offense), OUI drugs/ impaired driving, and a host of other charges, I needed to find expert representation to assist in navigating the judicial system. I would recommend Attorney Delsignore to anyone who finds themselves in a trying legal situation. He was nonjudgmental and empathetic but also realistic. At each point of the process he outlined my options and was clear about the benefits and risks associated with each before offering his professiona...l opinion. The fact that he didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear made me more inclined to put my faith in his judgment and I am glad I did so. His knowledge of the field sobriety testing manual seemed completely comprehensive. He was able to zero in on details in the officer's testimony to undermine the credibility of some of his claims and to highlight instances where evidence against impairment seemed to have been omitted. I was extremely nervous at the beginning of the trial process but his degree of competence put me at ease from the get go.
