State of Colorado v. Jon E.

Outcome: All charges dismissed

Description: Mr. E. was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Upon investigation of all the evidence against him, we were able to catch the police officer being less than completely honest in his reports. Upon demonstrating this dishonesty to the district attorney, all charges were dismissed both by the prosecutor and the DMV.
