Biography
My practice is dedicated to defending the constitutional rights of individuals accused of crimes. From my point of view it is an honor to defend the rights of individuals charged with crimes. If you feel unjustly accused or that the prosecutor has overcharged you and/or want to challenge the prosecution to prove the case against you beyond a reasonable doubt I'm here to help. Often during negotiations with a defense attorney the prosecution will realize the weakness of the case and offer to reduce the charges and/or dismiss some of the charges. In the alternative, the defense can bring in expert witnesses to refute the evidence at trial that the prosecution is relying on. My practice includes defending animal law violations at the state and municipal levels.
