This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Suspension partially stayed means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior

Dan came highly recommended and I chose him to represent me in a DUI case. Last week, I'm happy to report that the charge was reduced to a non-alcohol offense because of Dan's due diligence, incredible knowledge of the law and many years of experience. He is definitely my hero!

Dan came highly recommended to me and I am glad he did. He is a fantastic lawyer who knows how the law works, how the court system works, and how people work. He is very easy to get along with, and came prepared for every part of the trial. When he was unsure of a question I asked him, he would refer to others that did know and get back to me quickly. He helped me get a reduced sentence, which saved me a lot of money in the long run!
Dan was very respectful to me as a client, as well as to the judges, clerks, and all others involved. He did his research and did a great job with my case.
