RR v. Several Asbestos Products Manufacturers

Outcome: Settled during trial for a Grateful Client.

Description: Mr. RR contracted mesothelioma as a result of his exposure to asbestos as a child and during his career. Mr. Lenahan became responsible for the case a few months before its trial after several other defendants had already settled. By the time the first witness was called, only one defendant remained. The total settlement from all defendants exceeded $2m, but is confidential. The client received over $1m after fees and expenses.
