Sumner Earl Riddick II

I hired Sumner for multiple contempt charges against my ex husband. Unfortunately it quickly became also a parenting plan modification when my ex husband decided to further complicate the issues. I had spent years allowing this man to bully me and keep me too consumed with fear of retaliation to seek... legal help. There were many twists and turns throughout the process, including my ex ending up in jail for almost two months and the stress of legal drama being compounded with the heartache of multiple miscarriages. He always had the uncanny ability to honestly tell me when I was being unreasonable while also showing compassion and truly seemed to care about me and my family. I only wish I had hired him for the original divorce case, as I probably wouldn't have found myself in the mess I came to him with. I can not begin to tell you how wonderful Sumner Riddick is. I had a very messy divorce with a lot on the line for me. My divorce was something I did not want to do but had to for the well being of my infant son and myself. I was not in a place to be strong and fight and I needed the house (down paym...ent and equity) and I needed sole legal and physical custody. He did everything for me. I never wish a divorce or any type custody battle on anyone, but if you have to experience it, Sumner is the perfect person to have in your corner.

Going through a divorce is awful. Sumner was so understanding and supportive. Moments I was ready to throw in the towel, he helped me not to. He is so knowledgeable and understands what's best for you. He cares so much about the children and what is the best for them. He was always there to answ...er every question and always followed up To make sure you were doing what you were supposed to do. The best part was it wasn't about winning, it was doing what was best for you, your family and your future!!
