Excellent Service

Josie and her team kept me informed, explained the process in advance and successfully handled my divorce including alimony, child support, house sale, pension split QDRO's child custody, debt mitigation and other key terms that could have turned out much worse. The team provided good sound advice... and strategies to make this an amicable agreement and kept us out of arbitration and court by duscussing directly with opposing counsel to resolve open issues. Bottom line is that they did an excellent job.

Wonderful Advocate During My Time of Need

Josie Siemon is not only professional and knowledgeable, but she genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. She was a calm and pragmatic voice of reason for me as I went through my divorce several years ago and a couple of issues I've had to deal with concerning my ex-wife since then. She... knows her stuff and also knows how to kick butt. Her rates are also very competitive considering her level of competence.

The Best You Could Hope For

Josie Siemon represented me in my divorce several years ago and recently assisted me when my ex was refusing to pay her share of expenses related to our children even though our settlement required it. Josie is knowledgable, kind, and was very reassuring when I was going thru the most difficult tim...e of my divorce. She will fight for you as well as give you good advice as to what goals are obtainable (i.e. - which battles you should pick). Thanks to Josie Siemon, I've had the opportunity to remain a very involved dad in the lives of my children. I highly recommend her.

Totally professional no nonsense lawyer who really cares

Josie was great! You can tell she really cares about her clients. She rearranged her schedule to fit me in because I had a time sensitive issue. I will definitely go back to see Josie if I have any further need for legal counsel.

The Best of the best

For the first time in a long time I got lucky and found The Siemon Law Firm. I had some serious child support problems. When I first met Josie she just put me at ease and I totally trusted her right off the bat. She didn't prejudge me like most other lawyers do. She was always there to answer any que...stions I had. She is the most caring professional attorney I've ever met. I would recommend her to any and everyone. We are getting ready to adopt our Grandson, look out Josie, here we come.
