Charles (Charlie) Crowe is a highly regarded divorce and family law attorney assisting clients in complex litigation throughout the state of Georgia. In addition to providing client advocacy, Charlie also serves as a Guardian ad Litem providing direct assistance and recommendations to the courts regarding custody matters. Charlie has received numerous awards and honors over the years and was recently selected as a 2017 Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. Charlie obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Mercer University where he was admitted to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Smart and Compassionate Professional
Charlie has been an advocate for me in many ways. He represented me in my divorce and custody case with tremendous understanding and dedication. Throughout the turmoil and transition, Charlie always made sure to reach out and make sure I had all the information and understood every step of the process. One of the things I appreciated most, was his ability to focus on what was best for the children even if that meant losing the "fight". He understood very quickly that I was not someone who was ruthless or willing to win by any means necessary and was able to help me make very difficult decisions knowing that I had a life that needed to go on, for me and my children. I'm glad I was able to have Charlie by my side during one of the most difficult times of my life.

Great attorney!
Charlie is awesome! I hired him to represent me in a divorce after a bad experience with my previous attorney. Charlie has a pragmatic approach and was a straight shooter from day one. He helped me identify things that were important to me in my case and also things that I could let go of. Amazing Lawyer
I hired Charles Crowe to represent me in a divorce. My former wife and I had signed a prenuptial agreement which she did not want to honor when she filed for divorce. My ex was not going to go down without a fight and that is exactly what she got. Mr. Crowe sat down with me and explained that my prenuptial agreement was valid and how each part of the prenuptial agreement would affect my divorce. He also filed a motion to have the agreement enforced against my ex wife’s wishes. When Mr. Crowe went to court for me, he was organized and aggressive. I could tell that he cared about my outcome and that made court a lot less terrifying. After a long day in court, the judge granted our request and I got all the retirement accounts and real estate in my name plus half the property in both our names. I would definitely recommend Mr. Crowe to anyone needing a great divorce attorney. I interviewed several attorneys before hiring him and was impressed with how quickly he identified important issues that the other lawyers seemed to miss entirely. I will also add that Mr. Crowe is very likable and is very well respected by other attorneys and the judges.

Professional and responsive
My divorce lawyer sent me to Mr. Crowe to have documents prepared to divide my retirement accounts. He took time to answer my questions and was always quick to respond. He also saved me money when my ex tried to get more than her fair share. I am a happy client.

One of the best
My wife filed for divorce after 20 years of marriage. Charlie was recommended by a friend and I was very impressed with him and his team from the start. Charlie never hesitated to give me tough advice when I needed it. He also focused on issues important to me and made sure I retained full ownership of my business and home. I would definitely turn to Charlie if I needed help again. He’s one of the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Very Satisfied!
I was hit by a car while on a morning bike ride. I was pointed in Mr. Crowe's direction by a friend of mine who is also a lawyer. I could not be more than satisfied with the work Mr. Crowe did on my case. I got a GREAT settlement from the driver's insurance company and a new bike! I would recommend Charles to anyone.

Flawless Divorce
I came across Charles Crowe sifting through reviews 2 years before my divorce. I had reached out to him, informed him briefly about the situation and he was very understanding. While it took us some time to get things together as far as finances go, my ex-husband and I were able to work together for a smooth divorce. It was uncontested with three minor children (9, 7 & 7), I was married almost 10 years. Working through Charlie & his paralegal Tammy everything was done and over in less than two months. Not only did they go over the steps with me beforehand, they explained the process during, what could potentially happen, and essentially took care of everything. I highly recommend Charlie Crowe for anyone looking for a vastly knowledgeable Attorney & staff, they are all professional, intelligent, compassionate and respond within a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better representation. This was my first divorce but after talking with Charlie even the first time, I knew everything was going to be okay.

Brought an end to a 3 year custody case!
I hired Mr. Crowe to handle a custody case that's been going on for over three years. The case was filed by my ex-husband because he doesn't want to keep paying child support. Mr. Crowe was my third attorney and the only one that seemed to actually care about my family. Mr. Crowe quickly took control of my case and got a hearing scheduled. Within a month Mr. Crowe did what two other attorneys couldn't do for three years by ending my case! In the end, I got everything I asked for. My children are still with me and my ex ended up having his child support increased!! I highly recommend Mr. Crowe to anyone needing legal help.

Crowe Legal, Uncontested Divorce
My case was an uncontested divorce. Charles Crowe was the best. His knowledge and guidance were greatly appreciated. He explained the plan, what to expect of him as well as the county proceedings. He kept me updated regarding his actions and what was to follow. He also handled a Quit Claim Deed for me.

Excellent Attorney!!!
I came to Charles after filing what I though was a simple divorce case. Unfortunately the divorce took a turn unexpected since my Ex-husband did a counter claim for primary Custody of my two children ages 4 and 5. I called around to many attorneys until I finally found Charlie. The minute I spoke to Charlie I knew that I found the right person to fight for me in court. When we met he took the time to listen to me and was very compassionate. Charlie helped me through all difficult times of my case and kept me inform at all times. At the end I got exactly what he promised me on our very first visit!! Primary custody of my children and a nice amount of child support. I don't know where I would be today if I would have never find Charles. I thank God for this great attorney and great human being !! I definitely recommend this attorney. Thanks Charlie!

Worth every penny!!!!
WE LOVED HIM!!!!! He was the 2nd lawyer we had- the 1st one wouldn't submit evidence, or return calls, or even fight for what we asked him to fight for. Charlie was very cautious about how he even discussed the prior lawyer- just professional as can be on every level!! He spent the time he needed to with our case, even though that meant coming to our home on a Sunday afternoon and only have a few weeks to prepare! I just can't say enough good things about him! He was poised, and knew EXACTLY what he was doing! His approach was wonderful, and he never set an expectation he couldn't meet. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing someone to fight for father's rights!!!

Excellent Attorney!!!
Charles took over a botched divorce case left by my previous attorney. If only I had found him first! He kept me informed during the whole process and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. He was also up front about the fees required and the time frame. Attorney referral
Contacted Mr. Crowe over a holiday weekend. Going to court in 5 days and needed representation. He responded promptly and was very candid. He came as a referral to me from another law firm. Bottom line: we won our case and the opposing attorney left the courtroom dumbfounded.
