Alimony case

OUTCOME: The jury found in my client's favor saving him over $100,000.00.

At the time of his divorce, my client, while represented by another attorney, agreed to pay his former wife six (6) figures in alimony. Years later, in part due to the downturn in the economy, could n ... o longer pay alimony. I tried his case to a jury asking that his alimony be reduced to zero, or alternatively reduced to a manageable amount.
