I've been working with Kathleen over the past several months to redo my will. I learned so much from her during our first hour long consultation. Kathleen drilled down into the details of exactly what I was trying to account for financially for my heirs. I had some "out of the box" things I wante...d to do with my will and she listened and advised. Never realized that the last lawyer that did my will didn't even ask me to designate who would manage my grandchildren's trusts. Secondly, I had never considered that leaving my 401k and pension plan to the estate would be taxed vs. leaving directly to my kids would allow them the option to rollover the money for their retirements. The devil is in the details when it comes to a will and Kathleen will cover ever detail with you. I highly recommend Kathleen.
