Mr. Riddick is Highly Recommended

I would highly recommend Sumner Riddick to anyone in the greater Lawrenceville area seeking legal assistance. Sumner worked extremely hard on my divorce case, always fighting for my best interests. He made me feel as though I was his most important client every step of the way. His responses to my... emails and phone calls were consistently timely and informative. The same can be said for his friendly and caring office staff. You won't be sorry if you choose to retain this talented attorney.

Sumner enabled me with information and honesty

Sumner was great to work with. I felt like he heard me, heard my concerns, and gave back honest information which enabled me to make decisions. In court, we didnt get everything I wanted. However, I got what I needed, and he warned me about the other things. We discussed our options more than a f...ew times, and I really feel like he and I did this together. He certainly held up his end, was overly prepared, and we were not surprised by the opposition. That to me was, and is, a key detail. I would hire Sumner again in a minute.

Sumner is outstanding!!

I have never had to hire an attorney in my life. I did not even know where to begin. A friend highly recommended Sumner. Within the first 15 minutes of my initial consult I knew I had found the right person for the job. He listened closely to what I had to say. He was direct, honest, and very kn...owledgeable. No divorce is easy. It is probably the scariest and most emotional thing a person will ever go through. There are always curveballs being thrown. Sumner gloved every single one. And did so with a professional calmness that helped calm me down. The process is long over for me thanks to Sumner. I have friends who are going through divorces of their own. I hear the discontent with their attorneys. The usual complaints of over-billing, their attorneys never being available, and not having the confidence their attorneys will ever settle their cases. Seemingly dragging on forever. Costing them a fortune. This was simply not the case with me. Sumner is a great attorney, and a good person. A combination you don’t see too often. I have recommended Sumner to several people already and will continue to do so.

MAKING THE BEST OF A TOUGH SITUATION

After six years of divorce my ex elected to change my five year visitation arrangement. When things were amicable we had made an alteration that provided me more time, but stupid me, I didn't get it in writing when I had the chance! I retained Mr Riddick after a clear consultation and he liked my cas...e. Like all things legal (especially in Gwinnett County), it was a long process with a lot of stress and strain. Mr. Riddick maintains a great balance of seeing both the legal and the personal sides of his clients' cases. In the end, my case was settled just in advance of our court date (which he pressed very hard to get advanced on the court's calendar) with a result that allowed me a better opportunity to start being a Dad with more frequency. It was a bitter battle that IN MY OPINION the other side wouldn't have settled unless they truly thought they would have received an unfavorable result in court. The experience with Mr. Riddick was completely different than the attorney when I initially got divorced. He fought for the best interests of myself and my family.

Outstanding Attorney

Mr. Sumner Riddick is an outstanding attorney who recently represented me in a divorce case. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! From our first meeting, he made me feel at ease and was extremely helpful and compassionate throughout a very difficult process. Mr. Riddick was tremendou...sly knowledgeable and gave sound advice. He returned phone calls and emails quickly and was very responsive to answering any and all questions. I was exceptionally pleased with the way he handled my case and would highly recommend Mr. Sumner Riddick!
