Five-Star Legal Representation – Honest, Skilled, and Highly Effective

I worked with Scott Klippel on a civil penalty matter with the TSA, and I’m incredibly grateful I found him. From the beginning, he was upfront about who he was, where he lived, and even how to verify his law license. That kind of transparency gave me the peace of mind I needed before moving forward—...especially since my situation had a strict timeline and couldn’t afford delays. Scott clearly explained the entire process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was honest, calm, and professional throughout. One thing that really stood out was his guarantee: if he couldn’t negotiate the fine below a certain amount, he’d refund part of his fee. During the process, we hit that point—and true to his word, he laid out three options, including one where he’d reduce his fee. That kind of integrity is rare. On his recommendation, I chose to keep negotiating, and I’m so glad I did—he was able to get me a better outcome. I can’t say enough good things about how he handled my case. If you’re dealing with the TSA and want someone you can actually trust to get results, I highly recommend Scott.

Scott is a God-Send!

Scott helped me settle my TSA NOV case within 12 hours of receiving my NOV. I stupidly forgot to take my gun out of my bag before going to the airport, got hit with a NOV, and was incredibly worried about it. After looking at a couple of law firms, I finally found Scott, who specializes in NOVs.... I e-mailed him while my plane was still in the air asking if I would be charged criminally. He got back to me almost immediately, assuaged my concerns, then told me to contact him again when I received my NOV. Several weeks later I received my NOV in the mail, contacted him, and within 12 hours the case was settled. My only complaint, is he might have made it TOO easy for me and I haven't learned my lesson! I'm being funny, but also, seriously, the process was incredibly seamless. Have taken many steps to insure it doesn't happen again, including Scott's tips on ensuring my bag is fully clean of prohibited items. I am very grateful that my stupid mistake, didn't turn into a life-altering stupid mistake, with all the thanks going to Scott.
