Results!

I retained Scott to help with my recent TSA NOV case and he helped me resolve my case for a fraction of what I would have paid if I had proceeded alone. During the consultation he laid out exactly what I should expect every step of the way and this turned out to be exactly the case. He even mention...ed to me the reduced amount that I should expect to pay and this was 100% accurate. Of special note is the fact that, what I had to pay + the fee to retain Scott to represent me on my case was less than what I would have paid directly to the TSA otherwise. Bottom line is that Scott is one of the good guides, he knows his stuff, will provide an easy to follow process to resolution, and will get you results that you are looking for! If you have received an NOV from the TSA, do yourself a favor and give Scott a call.

He came through exactly as he explained.

Sept. 2019 I made the mistake of leaving an item in my carry on bag. I thought it was over, but then in May of 2023 I received a letter from TSA / Homeland Sec. My first mistake and they wanted $4100. I contacted Scott, he explain each expected step of the process. I did my research on him and ...he checked out so I hired him. With Scott's help, my record is clean. I've been on several flights now without any issues. Scott did what he said he would do and the penalty was exactly what he told me it would be. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Scott, and I pray you are safe back in your homeland.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
