TSA Savant

A nerve racking experience dealing with TSA, turned into the best counsel / client dealing I’ve ever experienced. NOT retaining Scott would clearly be your biggest mistake.

Efficient Process

Scott was a great communicator and did exactly what he said he would do. I highly recommend his services.

Delivered Exactly What He Promised

I contacted Scott after forgetting something I should never forgotten. If you're looking at this review, you know what that is. Scott was very clear on the process and what he will do during his representation. The issue played out precisely as he explained. He resolved my matter in a very timely man...ner. The outcome was exactly as he predicted. I am an attorney and I hire many attorneys as part of my job. I wish all attorneys were as clear and efficient as Scott. I strongly recommend Scott to take you through the NOV process.

TSA firearm violation

I mistakenly attempted to take a firearm through a TSA screening at the airport. I engaged Scott to handle and he was able to reduce my fine by half and handled everything from start to finish so I did not have to lift a finger. Highly recommend!

Friendly and effective

I received a notice from TSA telling me to pay up to $3000 for carrying a pistol into an airport (not my brightest moment). After contacting a local lawyer for the court case he recommended Scott for the civil penalties. I contacted Scott on a Wednesday, we spoke, he stated exactly what would happen ...with my case and by the following Monday it was resolved. Hopefully I don't need his services again but wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
