Outstanding attorney- Fast, Accurate, and Reliable

I had an issue with bringing a firearm through airport security (completely accidental—classic “forgot to check my bag” mistake), and this attorney was incredible from start to finish. I emailed him while I was still at the airport, and he called me within 30 minutes. He walked me through exactly wh...at to expect, and everything he said ended up being 100% accurate. When I received the official violation letter, I immediately hired him based on how spot-on he had been—and I’m glad I did. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and had the entire issue resolved within a week. I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. If you’re in a similar situation, this is the guy you want on your side.

Scott's TSA NOV Defense Services are Fast, Thorough, and Effective

Scott is a true expert regarding TSA NOV defense. In retaining Scott, you will receive prompt communication, swift resolution, and access to a resource capable of answering any question you may have along the way. Scott was easy to schedule, accommodating to my availability, and worked with precision... to deliver an expedient resolution to my TSA NOV case. My case was settled by Scott within 3 business days of filling out the contact form on his website (it likely would have been 1-2 business days if my schedule had accommodated Scott's first available time).

Straightforward Fast Results

I messed up and received a NOV (no aggravating factors) in December. I initially contacted a law firm located in Florida which advertises online they handle these type of cases remotely for clients all over the US. When that firm contacted me, they wanted $200 upfront as a consultation fee to evalu...ate my case and inform me of their recommendations for moving forward. They said they could not state the total fee for representing me until the consultation was completed...so No Thanks. Mr. Klippel, on the other hand, states clearly on his website the flat fee for TSA NOV representation is $400. AND his initial consultation is FREE. So he discusses your case with you on the front end. After the consultation, if you decide to retain his services the fee is $400...fair, straightforward pricing. He lives in Jerusalem, Israel so payment was made by credit card via PayPal (it was a secure PayPal Goods and Services transaction which offers buyer protection). After he received payment, Mr Klippel quickly contacted TSA on my behalf and settled my case within a couple of days. He provided clear communication throughout the process. In the end, his fee plus the settlement amount I paid totaled a few hundred dollars less than if I had paid TSA the original $1500 penalty levied. Ideally I will never need to utilize Mr. Klippel's legal services again. But I really hope he is available if I do.
