They said they could not state the total fee for representing me until the consultation was completed...so No Thanks. So he discusses your case with you on the front end. After the consultation, if you decide to retain his services the fee is $400...fair, straightforward pricing. He lives in Jerusalem, Israel so payment was made by credit card via PayPal (it was a secure PayPal Goods and Services transaction which offers buyer protection). After he received payment, Mr Klippel quickly contacted TSA on my behalf and settled my case within a couple of days. He provided clear communication throughout the process. In the end, his fee plus the settlement amount I paid totaled a few hundred dollars less than if I had paid TSA the original $1500 penalty levied. Ideally I will never need to utilize Mr. Klippel's legal services again. But I really hope he is available if I do.
