Straightforward Fast Results

I messed up and received a NOV (no aggravating factors) in December. I initially contacted a law firm located in Florida which advertises online they handle these type of cases remotely for clients all over the US. When that firm contacted me, they wanted $200 upfront as a consultation fee to evalu...ate my case and inform me of their recommendations for moving forward. They said they could not state the total fee for representing me until the consultation was completed...so No Thanks. Mr. Klippel, on the other hand, states clearly on his website the flat fee for TSA NOV representation is $400. AND his initial consultation is FREE. So he discusses your case with you on the front end. After the consultation, if you decide to retain his services the fee is $400...fair, straightforward pricing. He lives in Jerusalem, Israel so payment was made by credit card via PayPal (it was a secure PayPal Goods and Services transaction which offers buyer protection). After he received payment, Mr Klippel quickly contacted TSA on my behalf and settled my case within a couple of days. He provided clear communication throughout the process. In the end, his fee plus the settlement amount I paid totaled a few hundred dollars less than if I had paid TSA the original $1500 penalty levied. Ideally I will never need to utilize Mr. Klippel's legal services again. But I really hope he is available if I do.

Better then expected representation and resolution

Experience and representation better than expected. Most responsive lawyer I have worked with professionally and personally. Email responses within minutes, not hours. From paying the fee to resolution of my case with TSA was within hours. Scott is very proficient in what he does and addressed all my... concerns proactively. You can tell he has done this quite a bit- he anticipates your questions before you ask them.

Scott Klippel was efficient, transparent, and delivered exactly what he promised.

He handled my TSA Notice of Violation professionally and got my fines reduced by 50%. His fee was very reasonable ($400 in January 2026), and there were no surprises at any point in the process. Scott was clear about expectations, communicated well, and followed through exactly as he said he would.... I appreciated how straightforward and efficient the entire experience was. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing help with a TSA NOV.
