Scott Klippel

On June 19, I had an embarrassing security incident with the TSA when I was at the St. Louis Airport trying to fly out to Newark to see my daughter. After a bit of excitement, I was eventually allowed to board the plane - luckily it had been delayed twice. As a result of my own negligence, I was give...n a fine by the TSA. I found Scott doing an internet search for my TSANOV. I was skeptical at first about hiring him, as I had never hired a lawyer before, and he was out of the country. I prayed over the matter and decided to take a chance. Out of the gate Scott had excellent communication, as in, he will contact you... in a timely manner and fill you in on what the process will entail. I was kind of shocked at the way I was treated, because I guess I had negative expectations of what a lawyer would be like. It was obvious he knew what he was doing with the TSA. This is a government agency we are dealing with here. Honestly, I have a lot of respect for Scott. I was scared about doing this, and also about what had happened with TSA in the first place. There is no doubt in my mind I made the right call to hire him! One additional benefit is that he spent time going over strategies to prevent this from happening again.
