Jerry

We didn’t know what to do after my wife had accidentally forgotten her pistol was in her purse as we prepared to go through TSA screening before our flight. She was pulled to the side, taken to police office and informed of actions that would happen. After we got her Notice Of Violation and the fine ...amount after impatiently waiting for about a year, we were shocked! Not knowing what to do I googled information to help us and came across NOVDefense. I was a little worried about getting scammed but after looking up Scott and speaking to him we felt a lot better. We retained him and are extremely happy with the amount that the case was settled for and quickly. Best decision we could have made for this unfortunate situation. I would recommend him strongly if needed. Thanks again, Jerry

Great communication and great outcome

Highly recommended - Scott explained the process thoroughly and helped reduce the TSA fine to 1/2 of the original amount. Thanks!

Excellent, professional, and saved me so much money! Thank you!

Scott followed up every month for 2+ years to make sure I had not been issued my fine from TSA. It finally came in the mail and would have been $4,000. He settled it for $1,025. Very glad to know there are lawyers out there willing to help in these matters and I will recommend him to anyone!

Excellent Attorney

Scott helped me with a NOV I received from TSA. The entire process, from me first contacting Scott to the issue being resolved, took less than a week.

Very Happy to Have Found Scott

I was not sure how I should handle my TSA NOV when it arrived so I let it sit for about 2 weeks during the holidays and then started to panic knowing that my response and/or payment was coming due soon. I luckily found Scott after a couple of internet searches and proceeded to read the reviews poste...d on this site. I was hesitant at first because it seemed just too good to be true. I reached out to Scott and he quickly replied with a phone call. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and knowledgable Scott was on the TSA NOV game and was confident Scott would be able to help me after our first conversation. Within 48 hours of working with Scott my fine was severely reduced by the TSA, payment was sent, and my case closed. Cannot say how happy I am to have found Scott and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that has found themselves in the same situation with a TSA NOV.
