Great commnication and results with TSA NOV

Working with Scott was a real pleasure. He took as much of the headache out of getting a TSA Notice of Violation as he possibly could, and he significantly reduced the civil penalty from the TSA offered. From our very first conversation, I trused that Scott had my best interests at heart and that h...e knew what he was doing in working to resolve my TSA NOV. Scott communicated regularly with me about the process and never took more than a couple hours to reply to emails or phone calls. When the TSA NOV fine came through, Scott was able to get the TSA to settle for less than a quarter of their initial request. The information that Scott provided will also help me avoid ever having to go through this again.

True Professional

I tend to be a skeptic when hiring and or dealing with people and companies on line. Especially those who reside in other countries. But Scott put me at ease from the very beginning, both with his knowledge of the subject at hand, and his quick and concise explanation of exactly what I had just gon...e through without even having heard my story. It is rare to run across, and or do business with someone of his caliber for such a reasonable fee. After speaking to him the first time I felt he and his abilities and knowledge were "too good to be true" so I followed up on some of the reference sites and found that he was indeed legit. He not only met, but exceeded my expectations and hopes by reducing my fee significantly, and more importantly keeping up to speed with constant communications throughout the very short process. He literally took and issue that would have taken me weeks to maneuver through, and completed the task within just one day, and for less than I would have been able to negotiate for. Just not enough room here for how much I appreciate him for taking away the stress and dread so quickly!! Don't be a skeptic, you can trust this guy!

*** TOTALLY IMPRESSED ***

TOTALLY IMPRESSED When you find yourself on the "wrong side of the law" with a stupid mistake, it's common to try to figure out how to lessen the blow of a sledge-hammer fine. That's exactly what Scott Klippel was able to do for me. In less than 6 hours after I contacted Scott (I may be the ex...ception), Scott contacted me via phone and comprehensively quizzed my circumstances to characterize my error, contacted TSA (* save yourself the headache, do not respond to TSA yourself, Scott will do all the legwork *), negotiated a settlement 1/4th of the original fine level, so that I could pay the fine via internet. DONE same day! Scott's "bedside manners" are impeccable, he knows exactly what needs to be said (and unsaid) so just let him guide you for the fastest and best resolution possible. He's been on both sides of the situation (4500+ times on the TSA side) so you're in good hands, start to finish.

I was introduced to Scott, through another attorney and he was amazing. I received a ticket from TSA for accidentally carrying a firearm into an airport (forgot I had it in my bag) My case was settled within 5 business days of being put in touch with Scott. He has a
