Rob Russel took us on as a bankruptcy case. Instructed us to stop paying our bills and send out the notice of intent to file. We followed his instruction. HIS OFFICE then cancelled US. They told us they would not represent us any longer. I was in Corvallis, my sister had been dx with cancer and ...was having surgery the day their office called my husband. I did not have a cell phone at the time. We were told that if I did not do another interview/counseling phone call THAT DAY, a Friday, that they would drop us. We explained the situation, offered compromise because of the fact it was impossible to do from the hospital, could not have the company call ME to do this; I was willing. They dropped us. Our credit has been in shambles ever since. I blame their office. We were willing to do whatever was asked of us. Later, speaking with Mr Russell, he wants his whole fee for the bankruptcy paid off. Even though they dropped us. Insanity!! He took our down payment money and gave us NO service. He and his office caused us much more financial harm than good.

Rob and his team guided us through a chapter 13, then took us through the steps to covert to a chapter 7. The entire process was seamless and stress-free.
